In these cases, you do not necessarily have to know a suspect to help in an investigation and be eligible for our reward.

Little things like where the person might visit or work or who they hang out with could solve the crime and get you paid.

This week, it is a very interesting case from Signal Mountain. "We do see the paper trail from here all the way to Georgia and beyond." Detective Sergeant David Holloway explains why we need your help with this man. "He got a hold of our victim's credit card or debit card and debit card information and he went to a local bank here on the mountain and took about $3,000 from the ATM."

That was back on September 9th and investigators say he did not stop there."Then, he proceeded down to the Best Buy on Gunbarrel Road and made two transactions a little over $2700 a piece," Sgt. Holloway continued.

So, even before he headed into Georgia, that comes out to a more than $8,000 haul.

Do you know him or have you seen him around town?

Any little bit of information could get you on track to reward cash. Have a good look at the pictures.

Holloway says we are looking for, "A slender black male in his early 20's about 6'1"" He added, "We believe he may have family or friends here, but we don't know. He could live here. We don't know. There's a good picture of the vehicle he was in and very good pictures of him at the Best Buy."

We have not disclosed all of Sgt. Holloway's 'knowns,' but one of the big 'unknowns' is exactly how the suspect came into possession of the card.

"The victim remembers using her ATM card, but doesn't remember where the last place she used it," he said. "So, she literally could have left it. We just don't know. It was not taken out of a vehicle, it is not a burglary, and it was not a burglary of her home."

Up to $1,000 reward cash waiting if any of those pictures rang a bell with you. He will never know you turned him in because we will never ask for your name. Call Crime Stoppers: 698-3333. That line is manned 24/7.
